TR LawingClient ObjectivesT.R. Lawing Realty is a full service property management company with more than 45 years of experience. They are a specialty manager with more than 900 single-family rental homes. TR Lawing needed a cutting edge real estate website with full administrative control and content management. Their old website was quickly becoming dated, however it had many features and qualities that need to be migrated to a new design. It had to be highly accessible to realtors, customers, and people in the field with advanced vacancy searches and comparisons. Flying Bridge SolutionsFlying Bridge developed a multi-level solution. The first part of the solution included an overall site redesign, content migration, and building an advanced search and comparison feature.
The search and comparison feature allows users to see their selected vacancies side-by-side and choose which ones to remove as they narrow their selection. This featured has been acclaimed in several Real Estate magazines as being both easy to use and innovative. The homepage features an animated Flash app which also displays featured vacancies. This feature feeds from an XML stream which is generated based on selections chosen from the TR Lawing administrative area. They can select 1 to any amount of properties to appear in the Flash. Lastley, the TR Lawing mobile website provides remote access for everyone with a compatible call phone or mobile device. The entire database is accessible 24 hours a day from anywhere, providing unmatched flexibility. Post Project ResultsThis has been a fantastic project for us, allowing our team to stretch their sea-legs and do many different and unique mini-projects to complete the whole TR Lawing package. The search feature, the mobile site, even the homepage Flash gallery; everything has been extremely well received and to this day, gets an outstanding number of hits. |
